The Office of Scientific Investigation and Research (O.S.I.R.) conducts objective scientific research, analysis and experimentation in all scientific disciplines, as well as conducts research and development in the engineering and application of new scientific advances.
The primary core of the organization is essentially covert and was speculated to have been founded in the 1940/50’s. From 1990 through 2000, the organization went overt under the name of the O.S.I.R.. During this time, the inherent value of the organization was estimated into the tens of billions, although its precise value is unknown. The exact number of personnel in the organization is publicly unknown, however several government agencies have estimated that the organization has approximately 5,000 to 20,000 personnel based at locations worldwide.
The O.S.I.R. is a leading global developer of advanced scientific engineering, systems integration, technical services and products for military/defense and in all branches of intelligence community.
In regards to the U.S. clients; this would include military/defense agencies (DoD, DARPA, etc.), agencies in the intelligence communities (NSA, CIA, etc.), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other U.S. Government civil agencies (CDC, EPA, etc.), as well as to customers in selected civil/commercial markets (General Dynamics, ITT, Northrop Grumman, etc.).
O.S.I.R. possesses the resources and expertise to solve complex technical challenges requiring innovative solutions in dealing with unconventional situations and for mission-critical functions in such areas as scientific exploration, environmental assessment and global security/intelligence/defense. They can offer a broad range of specialized services that can address the most complex and critical scientific and technology-related needs. Some of these services include the following:
Scientific Exploration. Research, experimentation and analysis in all scientific disciplines (from Astrophysics to Oceanography, Psychobiology to Zoology) utilizing next-generation technology and special advanced methods of assessment.
Medicine. Research and experimentation in all areas of medicine, developing advanced technologies, medicines/products, methods and procedures.
Defense. Developing and applying leading-edge concepts, technologies and systems to enhance military/defense capabilities and solve complex challenges for the global community.
Intelligence. Developing and applying next-generation solutions to help the global intelligence communities to maintain an integrated intelligence assessment, allowing them to be more agile and dynamic in challenging environments and produce actionable intelligence and counter-intelligence with the application of breakthrough technology.
Logistics and Product Support. Providing logistics and product support solutions to the international community, enhancing the operational capability for scientific research and military/defense support.
Research and Development. One of the largest science and technology groups/contractors in the world, conducting leading-edge research and development of new advanced technologies with unlimited applications in areas such as energy, medicine and health, military/defense, environment and life sciences, geosciences, intelligence collection and national security.
Investigation and Assessment. Leading-edge investigatory methods, coupled with next-generation technology, are utilized to assess (covertly/overtly) the authenticity, accuracy and viability of other external scientific technologies, methods, theories and applications.
